Our Terms & Conditions Delivery As each bag is individually made from scratch, please allow 2 weeks for delivery. If you require your bag more urgently, please contact us to see if this is possible. Postage and packing is included for UK delivery. For other areas, we charge an additional £3.00 per bag to Europe, and £6.00 per bag to the rest of the world. Returns Policy If for any reason you are not pleased with your Cazbag, please let us know. We are happy to offer a refund on any bag returned in perfect condition within 14 days. Unfortunately we are not able to refund postage costs, and these would be deducted. We have tried to represent the fabrics as accurately as possible in these pages, however there may be a slight variation in the colours of the bag you receive. Please also note that fittings such as zips and clasps may vary slightly from those depicted, depending on availability. |
